As a successful Alternative Education Provider, we help young people through small structured teaching groups, to learn in a way that works for them. Our team of dedicated multi-skilled staff,  build trust with learners, taking into account their needs and ensuring that they achieve nationally recognised qualifications. We recognise that everyone is different and that every learner will have a different pathway to success.  We operate different sites across North Hampshire which house varied learning programmes.  From 1:1 provision through to groups of up to 12.

My role is to support learners and families across all services.  I am involved with the referral process, meeting learners in their school and also parents on a home visit.

I am the Inclusion Hampshire representative at any agency meetings in which families may be involved and will offer support and mediation to best serve the needs of the learner.

I also provide support with the return to school,transititon to college, or other opportunities.

Counsellor

My role is to provide therapeutic support to learners aged  13—16.  I am qualified Counsellor, with significant experience in working with young people from differing backgrounds.

If learners ever have any worries or concerns, they can come  and talk it over with me.  I will listen and support in a confidential and non-judgemental way.

Learners have the opportunity to have a informal chat with me or book a longer appointment.

As a qualified counsellor  I assist learners in exploring options and thinking about their way forward, all the while building resilience and supporting emotional wellbeing.
